We are used to providing certificates of title and other due diligence work for commercial lenders at reasonable cost and to tight deadlines. We are equally comfortable in transactions where we advise both on the property aspects and the specialist loan documentation, or where we work with other firms appointed to deal with the loan documentation. Members of the firm have been involved on certificate and property aspects of transactions with portfolios in excess of a hundred million pounds in value.
