Philip Vickers
Philip was admitted as a solicitor in 1982. Philip deals with all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property including acting for major institutional property investors in purchases and sales of investment properties (including portfolios of properties), for developers in all aspects of property acquisition, development, planning, taxation, funding and disposal.
He has extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters, including managing portfolios of properties. He also acts on the sale and purchase of high value residential houses flats and country estates, leasehold extension and enfranchisement and in lending and mortgage work.
Philip is married with one son. Philip's interests in his private life include music theatre art and literature.
