Gaynor Lloyd

Admitted 1977, after completing Solicitors' professional examinations following a First Class Honours Degree in English Literature at London University. Gaynor specialises in commercial property - in acquisition, disposal and development, and the enhancing of property portfolios by active asset management. She has a particular interest in default management, from both a landlord and tenant point of view.
She has also had a varied private client practice, including advice to independent schools. She believes strongly in the (pastoral) care element of a solicitor's private client care service.
In private life, among Gaynor's interests are her family and friends, her pets, Ballroom and Latin dancing ( badly but persistently), film, poetry - and local planning and NHS issues - and footpaths. Gaynor is fluent in Portuguese and conversant in French.
